This statement supplements our Privacy Policy and applies solely to residents of the State of California, as required by the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA").

- Medical information: health history and intake responses you provide. Information that constitutes protected health information under HIPAA is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, not the CCPA.
- Commercial information: products purchased or considered.
- Internet activity: pages viewed, referring source, and interaction with our site.
- Geolocation data: approximate location derived from IP address.
How We Use It
To evaluate eligibility for treatment, fulfill and ship orders, process payment, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and measure the performance of our marketing.
We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information
AvataCore LLC does not sell personal information, and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding twelve months.
Your California Privacy Rights
- Right to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal and medical record-retention exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
- Right to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights. We will not deny service, charge a different price, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right.
How to Submit a Request
Email privacy@jointetra.com with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within 45 days as required by law. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
Shine the Light: California Civil Code ยง 1798.83 permits residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.
