Information We Collect
- You provide: name, email, phone, shipping address, date of birth, and health-intake responses.
- Automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring source.
- Advertising: click identifiers passed by advertising partners for attribution.
How We Use It
- To route your intake to a licensed provider and fulfill orders.
- To provide support and send transactional messages.
- To measure advertising performance in aggregate.
Protected Health Information
Clinical information submitted during a medical evaluation is maintained by the treating provider and their pharmacy partners as a HIPAA-covered entity. TETRA does not sell health information.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with service providers who help operate the service, and only as needed.
Advertising & Analytics
We use analytics and advertising technologies to understand campaign performance. These may set cookies. You can limit interest-based advertising through your device or browser settings.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@jointetra.com. Residents of certain states have additional rights under applicable privacy law.
Data Retention & Security
We retain information as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law, and use administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

This service is intended only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
