TETRA facilitates access to telehealth consultations with independent, state-licensed medical providers. Completing an intake form does not guarantee a prescription. A provider may determine that treatment is not appropriate for you.

4. Prescription Products

Any medication referenced requires a valid prescription. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy. Individual results vary.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

Where a plan is offered on a recurring basis, the billing amount, frequency and renewal terms are disclosed in full at checkout before payment is authorized. You may cancel in accordance with the cancellation terms presented at checkout.
